To get those sweet OG Fortnite graphics, drop your settings to low and turn off shadows. For the authentic feel, disable post-processing too!

I messed around with the settings and found that turning 'Shadows' off and setting 'Post Processing' to low gets you close to OG visuals. Give it a try!

The simplest way is to adjust your settings: set 'Effects' to low, 'Textures' to low, and make sure 'Anti-Aliasing' is off. Boom, back to the good ol' days!
