Hot take: why bother with the bridge? Just swim under it and avoid the hassle (and snipers!).
In my experience, using a motorcycle at full speed works best. Approach the side railing at an angle and boost up. I've done it dozens of times; it's epic (if I don't get shot mid-air)!
A slightly tricky but fun way is using a truck to block a ramp angle on the bridge side, then running up and vaulting!
Ah, the bridge! You want to get to the top? Easiest way: grab a vehicle, preferably a bike, and ramp it up from the side railings. Good luck, and may the zone be ever in your favor!
