To break out of a grab in Tekken 7, you need to press the right button depending on the grab. If they grab with their left arm, press 1 (left punch); if they grab with their right arm, press 2 (right punch); and for a command grab, you need to know the specific break command. Timing is crucial!

Just smash 1 or 2 as soon as you see the grab animation. Works most of the time if your timing is on point!

From my experience, recognizing the grab startup animation is key. Once you see the grab coming, react quickly with the corresponding button—1 or 2. Practice makes perfect!
