You can't get a private server on PUBG Mobile, but you can create a custom room if you have a Room Card. Also, any official alternative will involve Tencent!

I've done it! You need to either buy a Room Card from the in-game shop or win one through events. Once you have that, you can create your own custom room and invite friends for private matches. Good luck!
