Guys, I had the same issue until I disabled my firewall for Palworld. It seems like some firewalls block the connection needed for multiplayer. Try it, might just be the fix you need!
First off, make sure both you and your friends have the game updated to the latest version. Sometimes mismatched versions can cause multiplayer issues. Then, one of you needs to host the game. Simply go to the game menu, select 'Multiplayer', and then 'Host Game'. Your friends can join by selecting 'Join Game' and searching for your game's name. Also, double-check your internet connection cause a slow or unstable connection can boot you right out of the fun!
