Honestly, just play the game. Lethal Company's whole vibe is designed to have you on edge. From scrounging for resources with barely anything in your inventory, to ducking and diving from whatever's lurking around the corner, the game naturally builds up that sense of paranoia. Stick with it, and you'll be looking over your shoulder even when you're not playing.

Paranoia in Lethal Company? Easy. Play solo. Nothing amps up the fear like knowing you've got no one to watch your back. Every noise becomes a potential threat, and with the game's emphasis on co-op play, going it alone is a surefire way to feel the pressure.

If you want to max out your paranoia levels in Lethal Company, make sure you're playing with headphones at night, lights off. The game's soundscape is chock full of eerie noises that'll have you jumping at shadows in no time. And don't get me started on the suspense of waiting for those automated systems to kick in while you're trying to scrape together the last bits of scrap. That ticking clock is a fast track to paranoia city.
