Run really fast and hope for the best. OK, maybe not the best plan, but it's definitely an adrenaline rush!
From personal experience, blasting them with a high-damage weapon works great. Just aim true and take cover when needed!
You can hack the turrets if your character has high enough skills in tech. Saves you from turning into Swiss cheese!
Why bother with the turrets at all? Find an alternate path if you can. Sometimes a little exploration goes a long way.
