Pearls in Animal Crossing are a lil' elusive but so worth the hunt! Dive into the ocean and start swimming. You'll find them randomly while diving for sea creatures. They're not super common, so keep your flippers ready and be patient. If Pascal the otter shows up, you might get lucky and receive one as a gift from him. Just make sure you've got a scallop to trade!

I must've been super lucky then! Got a pearl on my first dive. Guess it's really just about swimming around and crossing fingers. Keep trying, and don't forget, Pascal's your best bet if you've got those scallops ready.

Hot take: save your time and trade with friends! Pearls seem to love playing hide and not seek with me. ?

Just dive a lot, honestly. There's no secret spot or shortcut; it's all RNG. Also, trading with buddies can speed things up if you're not into the whole 'patience is a virtue' thing.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
