While you can't play Pokemon GO directly on the Apple Watch anymore, you can still track your activity with the Adventure Sync feature in the game's settings. Just keep your phone handy!

Sadly, Niantic discontinued the Apple Watch support for Pokemon GO in 2019. Maybe try a wrist mount for your phone instead?
