Getting a police car in GTA 5 is all about embracing the inner criminal genius within you! First, find a police station. There are several scattered around Los Santos. Sneak around the back or find one parked and simply hop in. The game doesn't have a 'legal' way to acquire one, so be ready to run from the cops! Alternatively, dial 911 using your in-game phone, and when the police car arrives, make it yours. Remember, it's all part of the game's fun!

Just steal it, lol. Wait for the cops, then take their car. Easy.

Honestly, just dial 911 on your in-game phone, wait for the police to show up, and then jack their ride. It's by far the easiest method. Done it a dozen times; works every time if you're quick about it.
