I'm pretty sure you don't actually need poop in Terraria. You might be mixing it up with bunny droppings, which, let's be real, is pretty much the same thing. Either way, it's all about those corrupted bunnies.

Ah, the pursuit of poop, a noble Terraria endeavor! To get your hands on this elusive resource, you'll need a bit of patience. First, find yourself a bunny. Next, transform it into a Corrupt Bunny or a Crimson Bunny using Vile Powder or Vicious Powder respectively. Now, here's the kicker: when those bunnies meet their untimely demise, they may drop the coveted Bunny Hood. But wait, there's more! On occasion, instead of a hood, they might just drop what you're truly after: poop. Yes, friends, the secret to obtaining poop lies within the fluffy tails of corrupted or crimson bunnies. Happy hunting!

Just wait for a bunny to drop it. EZ.
