Just farm those Relics and open 'em! RNG can be harsh, but hang in there.
Prime weapons in Warframe can be obtained by farming Void Relics, which you then crack open in Void Fissure missions. You'll need to collect all the parts for the weapon from different relics. Once you have all the parts, you can build the weapon in the Foundry. Pro tip: Keep an eye out for Prime Access packs if you want a shortcut!
From my experience, hitting the Void Fissures with a squad makes farming Prime weapon parts way smoother and more fun.
