I changed mine right after starting the game. Go to settings, then account, and you should see the option to add/change your profile pic. I uploaded a pic of my cat wearing a tiny space helmet. The crew on the Astral Express has never looked better!

Easiest way? Dive into the game's settings! There's a section for account info where you can tap to add or change your profile picture. You can choose from your collection of in-game portraits or upload a custom pic from your device. Show off your fav character or your own cool avatar!
