Honestly, I struggled with this at first because I treated my NPCs like furniture—big mistake. After I actually paid attention to their happiness and biome preferences, I got the pylons from them no problem. It's a game-changer for getting around your world. Don't be like old me; treat those NPCs right!

Just put your NPCs where they wanna be. Pylons = Happy NPCs. Easy.

Getting pylons in Terraria is all about making your NPCs happy! You gotta settle them in their preferred biomes and keep some company around, but not too crowded. For example, the Guide loves the Forest biome and hates being too lonely or packed. Each biome has specific NPCs that prefer living there. Once you meet their happiness criteria, you can buy pylons from them which allows for super-fast travel between different parts of your world. So, focus on your NPCs' needs and those pylons will be yours in no time!

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!
