To spawn the Queen Bee in Terraria, you gotta break the larva inside one of the bee hives found in the Underground Jungle biomes. These hives are pretty easy to spot with all the honey and bee-theme going on. Just be ready for a fight once that larva breaks!

Simple. Go jungle, find hive, smash larva.

Another way to summon the Queen Bee, if smashing larva isn't your style, is by crafting an Abeemination. You'll need 5 Honey Blocks, 5 Hive, 1 Stinger, and 1 Bottled Honey. Craft it at a Demon or Crimson altar, then use it in the Jungle biome. Voila, bee time!

Idk why everyone makes a big deal out of spawning her. Just hit the larva and fight. Easy.
