Easy peasy! Open Fortnite, head to the settings menu, go to the Account and Privacy tab, and click 'Submit a Request' under the 'Return or Cancel Purchase' section. Pick the item you want to return, and boom, refund complete!

You only get 3 refund tokens, so use them wisely! Go to Settings, find 'Submit a Request', and follow the steps.

Just go to Settings > Account and Privacy > Submit a Request. Select the item, explain why, and click submit. Done!
