Getting a refund on Steam is pretty straightforward. Just hit up the Steam Support page, log in with your account, find the game you want to refund, and select 'I would like a refund.' As long as you're within the 14-day purchase window and have played the game for less than 2 hours, you're pretty much set for a refund. Don't try to game the system though; Steam knows all your tricks!

Steam refunds? Easy peasy. Just remember: 2 hours playtime, 14 days. That's the magic formula. Go over, and it's a no-go.

It's all about that 14-day window and less than 2 hours of game time. Anything more and Steam might just say no. But hey, mistakes happen. If you have a good reason, giving Steam Support a shout isn't a bad idea. Who knows? They might just bend the rules a bit for you.

Honestly, I think Steam's refund policy is too generous. 2 hours is plenty of time to decide if you like a game. Stop refunding just because you beat a game quickly.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
