Honestly, just build a small hut, place a campfire inside (don't burn it down!), and sit back to relax. Boom, rested status achieved.
To get rested in Valheim, build a cozy shelter with a roof, add a fire pit inside (but don't forget ventilation), and throw down some comfortable furniture like a bed. Once you're in a comfy, sheltered area with a fire, the rested bonus will kick in!
