Easiest way? Find yourself a doctor in one of the many settlements. Pay them 40 caps, and they'll cure you of any addiction you've got. If you're out in the wasteland and can't get to a doctor, keep an eye out for a chem called 'Addictol'. It'll fix you right up, no doc needed.
