You can use the 'Addictol' item, which you can find as loot or buy from medical vendors. Just pop one, and you're good as new!

Visit a doctor in a major settlement or space station. They can cure your addiction for a small fee.

To kick those pesky addictions in Starfield, find a Medbay on a major settlement or space station! The doctors there can treat you for a fee.

Honestly, just roleplay it! Embrace the chaos and challenge – maybe your character's addiction adds a whole new layer to your gameplay.

In my experience, finding a Medbay and paying a doctor to cure the addiction is the way to go. It's quick and effective.
