Getting rid of Corruption in Terraria is all about strategy and patience. You'll wanna use the Clentaminator, which you can buy from the Steampunker NPC. It sprays solutions that can cleanse or spread biomes, so make sure you purchase the Green Solution to get rid of Corruption. Also, digging trenches at least six blocks wide on both sides of the area you want to protect is a solid move because Corruption can't jump over gaps that wide. Don't forget about Sunflowers! Planting them at the edges of the Corruption can prevent it from spreading into the areas you've cleaned.

Honestly, just let the Corruption take over. It's not worth the hassle trying to get rid of it. Plus, it makes the game more challenging.

Dude, I spent WEEKS battling Corruption in my world. Best advice? Start early. I created barriers of uncorruptable blocks around my base and important areas right away. When I got the Clentaminator, it was game over for the Corruption. Took some time and lots of Green Solution, but it's totally doable. Just stay persistent!
