Sunflowers. Trust me on this, they might not erase the Crimson, but planting them at the edges can stop its spread. It's a temporary fix but gives you breathing space to come up with a more permanent solution.

The fastest way to get rid of Crimson in Terraria is using the Clentaminator, available for purchase from the Steampunker NPC. This tool can spray various solutions to purify or change biomes, with Green Solution being the one to cleanse Crimson. Just walk around spraying the infected areas, and say goodbye to that pesky Crimson!

Purification Powder from the Dryad is your go-to if you're in early game and can't access the Clentaminator yet. It's cheap, effective on a small scale, and perfect for those early encounters with Crimson. Toss it directly onto the Crimson blocks to cleanse them.
