How to get rid of likes on Instagram
Instagram has an option to hide like counts! Go to your profile, tap the three lines in the top right, then Settings > Privacy > Posts, and toggle on 'Hide Like and View Counts'. Easy peasy!

I hid my like counts and it made Instagram much more enjoyable! You can do it in your settings under Privacy > Posts. Give it a try!
You can hide like counts on your own posts too! When creating a new post, right before sharing, tap 'Advanced Settings' at the bottom and turn on 'Hide Like and View Counts on This Post'.
