Tired of Reels? Use the 'Not Interested' option by tapping the three dots on a Reel video and Instagram will show you less of them.
You can't completely get rid of Reels, but you can mute the accounts that post too many of them.
Reels are a core feature, so there's no way to remove them entirely. Best to just scroll past!
