How to Get Rid of Sims on Sims FreePlay
To get rid of a Sim, just go to the 'Relocate' option in the 'Sim Tracker' and move them to another house! Problem solved!

You can evict a Sim by selecting their house, clicking the 'House' icon, and then choosing 'Evict.' Bye-bye, Sim!
You can make them move out by building the 'Promotions R Us' store, then using it to send the Sim to a new job far, far away.
Can't you just try the 'Evict' button? It's right there in the house menu, easy peasy!
Just send them to the dog park and forget about them... kidding! Use the 'Evict' option in the house settings.
