That blue box haunts everyone at some point! Try pressing 'Shift' or 'Ctrl' to see if it disappears. If not, check your settings.

Switch to first person mode and back. It usually makes that blue box vanish.

Easy fix! Just hit 'Esc' to open the menu, then click 'Settings.' Look for 'Shift Lock Switch' and set it to 'Off.' Should do the trick!
