Hey there! Just disable the Discord overlay by going to Settings > Overlay > In-Game Overlay and toggle it off. Problem solved!
From experience, you can also right-click Warframe in your Discord game activity and hit 'Don't show overlay,' works every time for me.
Simple fix: Go into Discord settings and turn off the 'Overlay' in the 'Game Activity' tab. Boom, no more hover in Warframe!
