I had the same issue! Just open the Roblox app, go to Settings (the little gear icon), and make sure notifications are enabled there. Don’t forget to allow them in your iPhone's settings too.

First, make sure you’ve installed the Roblox app. Then, go to Settings > Notifications > Roblox and toggle on 'Allow Notifications' for all the Roblox alerts your heart desires.
