Looting is your best friend when it comes to finding screws. Keep an eye out for items like typewriters, fans, and globes. They're basically treasure chests full of screws. Also, don't forget to tag screws for search in the crafting menu, so they light up in the world and are easier to find.

Desks fans, antique globes, and toy cars. If it looks like it might've held something together in the old world, grab it. Workshops and old offices are gold mines for this kind of loot. Break 'em down at a crafting station, and you're good to go.

Buying them from vendors is an underrated tactic. Sure, exploring is more fun, but when you're in a pinch, vendors will have what you need. Save those caps!

Actually, just build the Scrapper perk and start scrapping weapons and armor you don't need. You get loads of screws and other materials this way. Efficient and you're not hoarding junk.
