Actually, I got Shuri on my first Collector's Cache. It's pure luck. So, don't listen to anyone saying you need to do anything special. Just play and open caches. That's it.

The only way to unlock Shuri in Marvel Snap is through the Collector's Cache or the Collector's Reserve. These are basically loot boxes you open by spending the in-game currency, Credits. It's all down to luck, really. Keep playing, earn those Credits through gameplay, and spend them on the caches or reserve. Patience is key, my friend!
