Trade with the Dark Merchant who appears randomly in the Abyssal Biome. He often has Sin available for a steep price. Good luck finding him!
Honestly, try completing daily quests. Sometimes, you get Sin as a bonus. It's a bit of a grind, but definitely worth it!
You can get Sin by defeating the Shadow Warlord in the Nightfall Dungeon. Once you beat him, he drops Sin as a reward. Happy hunting!
