Easy peasy! The most straightforward way to get skins in Warframe is to buy them with Platinum in the Market. Platinum is the premium currency in Warframe, and you can earn it through trading or just by purchasing it directly with real money.

Just spend some Platinum in the Market. Donezo.

Seconding the suggestion to use the Market, but don't forget about Prime Warframes! They come with their own unique skins and can sometimes be easier to get by farming Relics and opening them during Void Fissure missions.

If you're patient, you can earn some skins during special events or by participating in the Nightwave missions. These often offer cosmetics as rewards!

I got my first few skins by trading with other players for Platinum. If you have valuable mods or parts, you can trade those for Plat and then go on a shopping spree!
