To get the Sledger in Tower Defense Simulator, you need to participate in and complete the Frost Invasion event. It was originally obtainable during the Christmas 2020 event, and it's not currently available in the shop.
I got the Sledger during the Christmas 2020 event by grinding through the Frost Invasion mode. Sadly, if you missed it, you'll need to wait for another event where it might come back. Good luck!
