If someone is being abusive or cheating on Xbox Live, just report them! Go to their profile, select 'Report or Block,' and choose the appropriate reason. Xbox will review it and take action if necessary.

You can report a player to Xbox Live if they're breaking the community standards. Just go to their profile, select 'Report or Block,' then choose 'Report' and follow the instructions. Make sure you have evidence of the misconduct!

I'm speaking from experience here: Just report the person from their profile. Xbox Live takes misconduct seriously and will investigate.
