Hit level 30 and finish the Capitol Building Stronghold mission. Then talk to the Quartermaster in the White House to choose your specialization. Easy peasy!

Just get past level 30 and complete the Capitol Building Stronghold. Then you can pick your specialization from the Quartermaster. That's it!

Just grind up to level 30 and clear the Capitol Building Stronghold. Once you do that, the Quartermaster will open up specializations for you. Happy hunting!

Honestly, just play till level 30 and finish the Capitol Building Stronghold. The Quartermaster will handle the rest.
