I once had some stubborn specks on a rare card and I gently used a brand new, soft-bristled toothbrush to brush them off. Worked like a charm, but you gotta be as gentle as a butterfly landing on a petal.

So, you got some pesky specks on your precious Pokemon cards and want to get rid of them, huh? First things first, softly use a microfiber cloth to lightly brush away any loose particles. Avoid using water or chemical cleaners as they might damage the card. If the specks are stubborn, you might try a very soft eraser, but be super gentle to avoid scuffing the card. Always test on a less valuable card first!

Honestly, if it's a valuable card, just leave it. Any attempt to remove specks might do more harm than good. Display it with pride, specks and all!

Listen, just use a bit of tape. Press it gently onto the specks and lift them away. No muss, no fuss.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
