The Strength Bobblehead is waiting for you in the Mass Fusion Building. All you gotta do is make your way to the lobby and look for a statue holding the bobblehead. It's a bit of a climb, specifically up to the metal wall sculpture. Just be ready to deal with some resistance along the way - it's not left out in the open for any wanderer to simply pick up.

If you want that Strength Bobblehead in Fallout 4, head straight to the Mass Fusion Building. You'll find it on top of the statue in the main lobby. Careful, though; the place is crawling with Gunners. Bringing some firepower might be a good idea.

Honestly, just buy it from another player if you can. Exploring dangerous places for a tiny figurine sounds like a lot of unnecessary trouble. But if you're into that sort of thing, Mass Fusion Building is your destination.
