There's no Surf move in Super Smash Bros Ultimate, but you can enjoy all the wild and wacky Pokémon assist trophies and Poké Balls! Just summon Lapras from a Poké Ball for some splashy fun.
I've played hours of Smash Ultimate, and there's definitely no Surf move. Pikachu and other Pokémon have cool moves, but not that one.
