To get more survivors in State of Decay 2, explore around for radio chatter and respond to missions marked with blue speech bubbles. You can also use the radio to find new survivors by spending some Influence. Just be sure to have enough beds and resources to keep them happy!

If you want more survivors, just keep doing missions and eventually, you'll come across folks who need help. Solving their problems will often persuade them to join your community.

In my experience, recruiting survivors from random encounters adds diverse skills to your group, making survival smoother in State of Decay 2.

Trade with enclaves for recruits, or use the radio to search for them; it costs Influence but might be worth it.
