How to get the cafe in Animal Crossing
To get the cafe, also known as The Roost, in Animal Crossing, you first need to upgrade the Museum. After donating at least 15 items to the Museum (across bugs, fish, and fossils), and having the Museum upgraded, Blathers will mention wanting to add a cafe. The next day, talk to him again, and he'll have you ask Isabelle for help. This triggers a quest to help build The Roost!

Just donate 15 things to Blathers and make sure your Museum is all nice and upgraded. Blathers will then start dreaming about serving coffee. You'll be fetching coffee beans in no time!
