Easiest way to get the Angler in Terraria is to find him asleep on the sand of an Ocean biome. He'll just be lying there, waiting for you to come by and wake him up. Once you do, he's all yours and will move into any suitable housing you've got. Remember, you need a proper house for him to stay, just like any other NPC!

Honestly, finding the Angler is a waste of time. Better gear up and explore dungeons instead. More fun and loot!

Just look for him at the beach. If it's not on one side of your world, it's gotta be on the other. No biggie!

Pro tip: Make sure your housing is up to par. The Angler needs a full house with a door, chair, table, and light source to move in. Found him after a bunch of searching, and he wouldn鈥檛 move in because I forgot to put a light in his room. Don't make that mistake!

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
