How to get the Forest Pylon in Terraria
Honestly, I just put my Guide and Merchant in the Forest. They seem to like it there well enough to sell me the pylon. Keeping them happy is key. Worked for me!

Getting the Forest Pylon in Terraria is all about making your NPCs happy! Make sure you have at least 2 NPCs living in the Forest biome. Each of them needs to have a high enough happiness level. They prefer living with certain neighbors and not being overcrowded. So, spread them out a bit, but keep them in the Forest. Once you hit that sweet spot of happiness, one of the NPCs will sell you the Forest Pylon. Easy peasy forest squeezy!
Just make the NPCs happy, lol. Stick 2 of them in the Forest without making it feel like a packed subway at rush hour. Easy.
