To get the Hero Replicas in Splatoon 3, you've gotta complete the single-player campaign, "Return of the Mammalians," and then they'll be available in your shops. Just think of it as your reward for defeating Octavio and saving Splatsville鈥攇ood luck!
Trust me, I sped through the campaign just to get my tentacles on those Hero Replicas! Worth every ink splat!
Once you finish the main story in Story Mode, the Hero Replicas become available in the shop. I got mine after helping Cuttlefish with his little 'hero problem!'
