You don't need to unlock the Koopalings in Super Mario Maker 2! They are available from the start in the Course Maker. Just head to the course creation menu, select the 'Enemies' category, and scroll down until you find them. Happy building!

They're already unlocked! Go to the Course Maker, find the 'Enemies' section, and scroll down to see all the Koopalings. Have fun!

I struggled to find them at first too! Just go into the Course Maker, select 'Enemies,' and keep scrolling until you see them. They're hiding right there!
