Super simple! To get the Mushroom NPC, aka the Truffle, in Terraria, you first need to create a Surface Mushroom Biome. This means you need to spread Mushroom Grass Seeds on some mud. Make sure this biome is above ground. Once you've got a nice mushroom wonderland going, the Truffle will move in as long as there's a vacant house for him. Remember, he's picky and will only live in the Surface Mushroom Biome!

Truffle won't show up unless you're in Hardmode. So, make that Surface Mushroom Biome and then defeat the Wall of Flesh to enter Hardmode. No short cuts here!

Nah, everyone's complicating it. Just beat Wall of Flesh, throw some mushroom seeds on mud, and boom, wait for your mushroom guy to arrive.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
