The Axi T3 relic has the Ninkondi Prime Blueprint (Rare), Axi A4 has the Handle (Uncommon), Neo N5 has the Ornament (Common), and Neo B5 has the Chain (Uncommon). Good luck farming!
Ninkondi Prime's parts drop from relics! Specifically, Axi T3, Axi A4, Neo N5, and Neo B5. Crack open those relics in Void Fissure missions!
