Ohh, the elusive Potion NPC, also known as the Witch Doctor, is what you're after, right? To get this handy NPC to move into your Terraria world, you gotta defeat the Queen Bee boss in the Jungle biome. Make sure you have an empty house for the Witch Doctor to move into after you've wiped the floor with the Queen Bee. He'll show up to sell you all the potions and bewitching goodies you need!
