I got mine from the Outcast boss on Roosevelt Island. It took a while, but totally worth the grind!
Sweet Dreams is a unique exotic shotgun in The Division 2, and you can get it by killing Outcast bosses in missions or certain named Outcast enemies in the world. Keep farming those Outcasts and it鈥檒l eventually drop!
