Hey there, you can only get the Terraformer in the early access versions of Subnautica. It’s been removed from the full release version of the game. You might find discussions about it in forums, but no luck in the final game.
Just to clarify, the Terraformer was axed from Subnautica before the full release. Gone but not forgotten!
Back in the early days, we could use the Terraformer to shape the land as we pleased. But sadly, it's no longer available in the final version of the game.
