Been there, done that! Once it's matured, go to the Helminth Infirmary in your ship and cure it. It's kinda like popping a big zit... but more sci-fi.
Just wait for the cyst to mature (about 7 days), then head to the Helminth Infirmary in your Orbiter and interact with it. Easy peasy!
Ah, the infamous Helminth Cyst! To remove that thing, you gotta grow it fully, then use the Helminth Infirmary in your ship. It's a whole quest, my friend!
